Product Description
Diamond Grit Edge for Nail Impact: Unlike standard carbide-tipped blades that chip when striking metal, this blade uses brazed diamond particles on the cutting edge. The diamond grit withstands direct contact with nails, screws, and staples without losing teeth, allowing demolition crews to cut through pallets, reclaimed lumber, and construction waste without stopping to remove fasteners.
Thin Kerf for Faster Cutting: At only 1mm thickness, the blade removes less material per pass, reducing load on cordless circular saws and extending battery life. The narrow water-slotted body (65Mn steel, non-heat-treated) provides flexibility to absorb impacts while maintaining straight tracking.
Extended Service Life in Demolition Work: Independent testing shows approximately 50 meters of cutting through 1cm thick wood containing typical fasteners. This translates to dozens of pallets or significant sections of nail-embedded framing lumber per blade, reducing downtime for blade changes on job sites.
Universal Fit with Reducer Ring: The 20mm arbor fits common demolition saws, while the included 20-to-16mm reducer ring allows compatibility with smaller arbor circular saws and miter saws. This dual-fit design simplifies inventory for contractors who use multiple saw brands.
